Sarang Integrated Township development is proposed to be developed over an area of 326 acres. The site is located close to the upcoming Navi Mumbai Airport on the Mumbai-Pune Highway. The area is fast emerging as a great destination due to its proximity to the highway, the expressway and the rail network. Total development envisaged is approx. 24 million sq ft, to be developed in phases over next 10 to 15 years, with the project valued at over Rs 10,000 Crores. In addition to the residential component the integrated development will include commercial spaces, medical facilities, branded schools, clubs and various other amenities. The Letter of Intent and environmental clearance for the land parcel has been received and the land parcel is ready with all the permissions to commence work on immediate basis.
